REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

On line registrations will be accepted until 18 August 2018 (Due to high demand the late registration online has been POSTPONED from 18 August to 21 August)

Registration link will be disconnected at 6 PM (Central European Time). After this date, only on-site registration will be possible if places are still available.

Please note full conference kit cannot be guaranteed for on-site registrations.

 

Please note:

  • Do not pay before registering otherwise we are unable to match your payment with any registration. Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format after payment has been received.

  • Don’t use your ‘Back’ button during the registration or payment process as it may cause the system to produce an incorrect conference registration confirmation.

HOW TO REGISTER ON LINE

1.  SIGN UP and create your personal account

 

 

 

 

2.  ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

Click the link in the email you receive, to activate your account. You can also reset your password.

3.  LOGIN and Register

*The Username and Password you used in the EPAPERS.ORG website, are not the same Username and Password that you will need to register for the conference!!!

 

4.  PAYMENT

We remind you that if you pay by bank transfer, you are NOT considered registered until payment is received. Follow the instructions you will find in the confirmation e-mail. It will not be possible to pay by bank transfer after 3 August,2018.

5.  REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

You will receive an e-mail from registration@sistemacongressi.com with the summary of the selected options and the total amount paid or due. The confirmation e-mail will include also a personal restricted link (your "Participant Page") that can be used to add extra services to your on line registration.

 

6.  INVOICE

An invoice as confirmation of payment (in pdf format) will be sent to your e-mail address in due time.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your bank information.

Refund of fees, less € 50,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 20 July 2018. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Conference. No refund will be possible in case of no-show.

In the event of cancellation of the Conference, at any time, as a result of any event of 'force majeure' or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the Local Organizing Committee, the registration fee shall NOT be refunded and neither the Local Organizing Committee nor the ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT (Sistema Congressi) shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc.

Participants are highly encouraged to provide for their own insurance policy covering such events.

PAYMENTS

Fees and optional services must be paid in Euro (€) to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal) or bank transfer. On-line payments are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Please specify title of the Conference (ESSCIRC/ESSDERC 2018), your name and family name as a description of payment.

Please do not allow your bank to deduct the wire transfer fees assessed by your bank from our invoice amount. Make sure to provide extra funds to your bank to cover the originating transfer fees from your side.

 

Personal or company cheques will not be accepted.

Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival.
