Registration Fees are in Euros (€) - V.A.T. 19 % included.

Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your e-mail address

in pdf format after payment has been received.

DEADLINES

Early: Until 3 July 2018

Late: Due to high demand the late registration online has been POSTEPONED from 18 August to 21 August

​

On-site: Registration link will be disconnected at 6 PM (Central European Time) on 21 August 2018.

            After this date, only on-site registrations will be possible if places are still available. 

            Please note that full conference kit cannot be guaranteed for on-site registrations.

CONTRIBUTED PAPER PRESENTERS and ESSDERC INVITED SPEAKERS

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference. If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact the Conference Organizing Committee immediately for any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

PAPER AUTHORS 

In order to guarantee inclusion in the conference program one author must be registered by June 18, 2018 23:59 (GMT -0700), the author deadline.

For each paper independently, at least one co-author is required to register for the Conference (one registration-one paper policy).

• Only Conference

• Only Workshops

It is not possible to register for Tutorials only.

CONFERENCE FEES

Conference registration fees include:

• Access to all Conference Scientific Sessions

• Conference Proceedings on USB stick

• Morning and afternoon coffees as in the final program

• Lunches as in the final program

• Welcome Cocktail on 4 September 2018

• Gala Dinner on 5 September 2018

TUTORIAL FEES

Tutorial registration fees include:

• Access to Tutorial Sessions​

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks

• Lunch

• teaching material/book of abstract for one* Tutorial (if any)

*Although you may register for one Tutorial only, you are allowed to attend other Tutorials, too.

It is not possible to register for the Tutorials without registering for the Conference.                 ​

WORKSHOP FEES

Workshop fees include:

• Access to Workshop Sessions

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks

• Lunch

• teaching material/book of abstract for one Workshop (if any)

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ANY ACCOMPANYING PERSON

Additional Welcome Reception ticket: € 70,00

Additional Gala Dinner ticket: € 190,00

Additional services will not be sold at the conference venue unless still available.
