Registration Fees are in Euros (€) - V.A.T. 21% included.
Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your e-mail address
in pdf format after payment has been received.

DEADLINES
Early: NEW DEADLINE 10 July 2017 (12.00 pm CET)
Late: Until 31 August 2017

On-site: Registration link will be disconnected at 6 PM (Central European Time) on 31 August 2017.
After this date, only on-site registrations will be possible if places are still available.
Please note that full conference kit cannot be guaranteed for on-site registrations.
INVITED SPEAKERS and CONTRIBUTED PAPER PRESENTERS
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference. If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact the Conference Organizing Committee immediately for any change to a scheduled presentation.
A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
TUTORIAL SPEAKERS do not have to register and pay for their tutorial but they are supposed to register for the ESSDERC or ESSCIRC Conference.
WORKSHOP SPEAKERS do not have to register and pay for their workshop and are welcome to register for the ESSDERC or ESSCIRC Conference.

PAPER AUTHORS
In order to guarantee inclusion in the conference program one author must be registered by Jun 30, 2017 23:59 (GMT -0700), the author deadline.
For each paper independently, at least one co-author is required to register for the Conference (one registration-one paper policy).

CONNECT WORKSHOP - special conditions
Thanks to the contribution of the EU Community through the project CONNECT, the regular registration fee of Euro 60 will be waived for the first 50 attendees who register to this workshop​.
Offer is valid only on regular registration fee for those who attend also the full ESSDERC conference. The offer is not valid for those who decide to attend the Workshop only. Registration fee will be, in this case, 150€.

Additional Welcome Reception ticket: € 30,00
Additional Gala Dinner ticket: € 150,00
Additional services will not be sold at the conference venue unless still available.
