• Secondary gate is located in Via Goldoni (Gate C) for both pedestrian

On Wednesday, 23 August, the Venue will be open only for the departure of tour buses.

10:00 Arriving at Fondazione Edmund Mach di San Michele all'Adige - Technical Tour (Trento)

Research activities in the dairy sector, sensory analysis, and research in the agri-food sector will be shown.

No special clothing is required

 

12:00 Transfer we move to Trento and reach Federazione Provinciale Allevatori (Provincial Federation of Breeders)

12:30 Lunch at Federazione Provinciale Allevatori

13:30 Presentation of the program "Enhancement of meat in Trentino"

14:30 Transfer we move to Mollaro (Val di Non) and reach CONCAST Trentingrana

15:00 Visit and tasting at warehouse of Trentingrana 

​

16:45 Meeting point Collect your things, don't forget a souvenir!

We meet at the meeting point with your guide, ready to go back to Padova!
