SHORT PAPER SUBMISSION
AUTHOR'S GUIDELINES
Each short paper must be submitted under one of the Congress topics.
The official language of the Congress is British English.

Create an EasyChair account (https://easychair.org)

Use the credentials (username and password) to login into the ICoMST 2023 dedicated page for submission (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icomst2023)

Short papers cannot be longer than 2 pages and must adhere to the template formatting: the TEMPLATE can be found in the Easy Chair submission page

Each registered participant can submit a maximum of 2 short papers

Once your short paper has been submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email

Congress registration (EARLY BIRD) for the presenting author is mandatory

A short paper can be submitted for presentation at the congress as POSTER or short ORAL presentation

Accepted short papers may be designated as oral or poster presentations by the Scientific Committee

≤ 32 year-old delegates can concur to the GO YOUNG or POSTER COMPETITION: in this case, when submitting the short paper, the option must be selected. Awards will be given at the closing ceremony (August 25th)

Short papers will be published in the Congress proceedings

Unless otherwise informed, short papers will also be uploaded in the DigICoMST platform (https://digicomst.ie)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The text of the accepted papers along with the names, affiliations, and/or additional documents as requested, will be published on the Congress Proceedings and this will not raise any copyright issues. Congress Proceedings will be available on the Congress website for registered delegates.

This short paper has only been submitted once for ICoMST 2023

Presenters may be recorded for live streaming. A recording of the presentation and a copy of the slides may be published online after the Congress
​

It is the responsibility of the presenting Authors to submit the short paper. They are the main contact whose responsibility it is to communicate with other co-Authors

The ORAL presenting Author must be available to present at the Congress (20th – 25th August 2023)
