REGISTRATION FOR RECOMB 2020 IN-PERSON CONFERENCE - refund claim

If you registered for the in-person RECOMB 2020 Conference, we highly suggest you keep your registration fee for the in-person RECOMB 2021 Conference.

In this case you don’t need to do anything and we will keep your registration fee valid for RECOMB 2021.

Refund of fees, without any administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before May 30, 2020.

After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Refunds will be paid after 25 June 2020, that is after the Virtual Conference.

In these unprecedented times, we may not be able to guarantee the usual promptness in our replies therefore the refund process may be subject to some administrative delay.
